This is the gooey caramel cookie gift we'd send to anyone with a sweet
tooth. Our soft-baked, New York–style salted caramel cookie is packed
with caramel flavour throughout, filled with smooth chocolate buttercream
and a genuine dulce de leche caramel centre, then finished with a milk
chocolate drizzle and mini gold stars. Baked in Truro, Cornwall,
individually heat-sealed for freshness, and best enjoyed within 14 days
of dispatch. Suitable for home freezing.

Our Salted Caramel Cookie Sandwich is made with real, recognisable
ingredients.
The salted caramel cookie (69%) is made from fortified plain wheat flour
(calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), cake margarine (palm and
rapeseed vegetable oils, emulsifier E471, flavouring, and natural
colourings annatto bixin E160b(i) and curcumin E100), brown light sugar
(cane molasses, invert sugar syrup), salted caramel sugar pearls (pearl
sugar, palm vegetable fat, salt, natural flavouring, and colouring from
apple and caramelised carrot concentrate), golden syrup, cornflour,
gluten-free baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate,
maize starch), salt, caramel natural flavouring (natural flavouring,
propylene glycol E1520), and egg.
The chocolate buttercream filling (21%) is made from icing sugar (with
cornflour), vegetable shortening (palm and rapeseed oils), water, and
fat-reduced cocoa powder (acidity regulator potassium carbonate).
The salted caramel dulce de leche centre (8%) is made from dulce de
leche (glucose and fructose syrup, whole milk powder, water, sugar,
skimmed milk powder, and preservative E202 potassium sorbate), water,
sugar, modified starch (E1442), glycerine, thickening agents (E460
cellulose, E466 carboxymethylcellulose), preservative E202, salt, and
acidulant E330 citric acid.
The milk chocolate compound drizzle (3%) is made from sugar, fractionated
and hydrogenated palm kernel oil, whey powder (milk), fat-reduced cocoa
powder, whole milk powder, emulsifiers (E492, E322 sunflower lecithin),
and flavouring.
Finished with mini gold star sprinkles (1%) made from sugar, sunflower
oil, potato starch, rice flour, colours (E101 riboflavin, E171, E172
iron oxides), and glazing agent shellac.
Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten), milk, and egg. Made in a kitchen
that also handles nuts and soya — cross-contamination cannot be
guaranteed. May contain: hazelnut and soya.
Storage and care: Individually heat-sealed in a recyclable bag. Best
enjoyed within 14 days of dispatch. Suitable for home freezing — defrost
at room temperature for 1–2 hours before eating.
