Red Velvet Cookie Sandwich – Cream Cheese Buttercream

Our Red Velvet Cookie Sandwich is made with real, recognisable ingredients. The red velvet cookie (86%) is made with fortified plain wheat flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), cake margarine (palm and rapeseed vegetable oil), caster sugar, light brown sugar (cane molasses), white chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sunflower lecithin, and vanilla flavouring), golden syrup, fat-reduced cocoa powder, cornflour, vanilla flavouring, food colouring (E129), baking powder, salt, and egg. The cream cheese-flavoured buttercream (13%) is made with icing sugar, vegetable shortening (palm and rapeseed oil), and dairy-free cream cheese flavouring (natural flavouring and lactic acid — no actual dairy). Finished with a white chocolate compound drizzle (1%) made with fractionated palm kernel oil, sugar, whey powder (milk), whole milk powder, and emulsifiers, and topped with a heart sugar piping (sugar, corn starch, egg albumen, and food colouring E129). Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten), milk, and egg. Made in a kitchen that also handles nuts and soya — cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.
