The Bakewell cookie is made with wheat flour, dairy-free cake margarine
(palm and rapeseed vegetable oil), light brown sugar, caster sugar, soya
drink, flaked almonds, golden syrup, cornflour, freeze-dried raspberries,
baking powder, salt, and natural almond flavouring.
The vanilla vegan buttercream is made with icing sugar, vegetable
shortening, water, and vanilla flavouring.
The raspberry fruit filling centre is made with water, fruit jam
(strawberry), sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, modified starch, glycerine,
lemon puree, thickening agents, natural raspberry colouring, and
preservative.
The icing drizzle is made with icing sugar and water.
Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten), soya, and almonds (tree nut). Made in
a kitchen that also handles dairy, eggs, and other nuts — cross-
contamination cannot be guaranteed. May contain: peanuts, hazelnuts,
walnuts, cashews, pecans, brazil nuts, pistachios, and macadamia nuts.
Not suitable for those with a nut allergy.
Storage and care: Individually heat-sealed in a recyclable bag. Best
enjoyed within 14 days of dispatch. Suitable for home freezing — defrost
at room temperature for 1–2 hours before eating.
