Galaxy Caramel Cookie Sandwich – Runny Caramel Centre

Our Galaxy Caramel Cookie Sandwich is made with real, recognisable ingredients. The chocolate cookie base is made with fortified plain wheat flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), cake margarine (palm and rapeseed vegetable oil), light brown sugar (cane molasses), golden syrup, fat-reduced cocoa powder, cornflour, vanilla flavouring, baking powder, and egg. The chocolate buttercream is made with icing sugar, vegetable shortening (palm and rapeseed oil), water, and fat-reduced cocoa powder. The runny caramel centre is a dulce de leche caramel made with glucose-fructose syrup, whole milk powder, water, sugar, skimmed milk powder, modified starch, glycerine, thickeners, salt, and preservative. Finished with a gold caramel compound drizzle (fractionated palm kernel oil, sugar, caramel powder containing whey, butter and skimmed milk, emulsifiers, fat-reduced cocoa powder, and natural colour) and topped with a Galaxy Caramel piece (sugar, glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, cocoa butter, palm fat, cocoa mass, milk fat, whey (milk), and soya lecithin). Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten), milk, egg, and soya. Made in a kitchen that also handles nuts — cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed. May contain: peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, brazil nuts, pistachios, and macadamia nuts. Storage and care: Individually heat-sealed in a recyclable bag.
