ingredients.
The custard cookie (67%) is made with fortified plain wheat flour
(calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), cake margarine (palm and
rapeseed vegetable oil), caster sugar, golden syrup, cornflour, crushed
Custard Cream biscuits (wheat flour, sugar, palm oil, whey powder (milk),
glucose syrup, wheat starch, raising agents, salt, flavouring, and natural
colour), baking powder, custard natural flavouring, unsalted butter (milk),
light brown sugar, and egg.
The custard-flavoured buttercream (33%) is made with icing sugar,
vegetable shortening (palm and rapeseed oil), water, custard natural
flavouring, and food colouring (E102, E110).
Topped with a whole Custard Cream biscuit.
Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten), milk, and egg. Made in a kitchen that
also handles nuts and soya — cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.
