Banoffee Cookie Sandwich – Banana, Caramel And Chocolate

Our Banoffee Cookie Sandwich is made with quality ingredients for that unmistakable banana, caramel, and chocolate combination. The cookie is made with wheat flour, dairy-free cake margarine (palm and rapeseed vegetable oil), light brown sugar, milk chocolate chunks (cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, dextrose, concentrated butter, sunflower lecithin, and natural vanilla flavour), cornflour, baking powder, salt, and real banana. The caramel-flavoured buttercream filling is made with icing sugar, vegetable shortening, water, and natural caramel flavouring. The runny caramel centre is a dulce de leche made with glucose and fructose syrup, whole milk powder, sugar, skimmed milk powder, modified starch, glycerine, thickening agents, and preservative. The milk chocolate drizzle is made with sugar, hydrogenated palm kernel fat, whey powder, fat-reduced cocoa powder, whole milk powder, emulsifiers, and flavouring. Finished with sweetened banana chips (banana, coconut oil, sugar, natural banana flavour). Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten), milk (dairy), and soya. Made in a kitchen that also handles eggs and nuts — cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.
