Each Murano glass heart is carefully and lovingly handmade on the island of Murano in Venice, Italy. Stunning coloured glass canes are heated to a molten state on a copper rod. Then 24 ct gold or white gold is applied. The glass is shaped and cooled. It is then individually hand set in the silver. Therefore, please be aware that there may be inclusions in both the glass and the silver and slight variations in size and shape. There may also be little bubbles or flecks in the glass - this is the nature of the piece.
This sterling silver pendant necklace and sterling silver snake chain is a precious metal and therefore may require cleaning. Please use a soft, dry silver cloth to gently buff your jewellery. It is always best to store your silver jewellery in a dry, dark place, preferably in a jewellery box to prevent it from tarnishing. We strongly recommend that all jewellery is removed before showering or swimming and that you take care when using perfume and cosmetics and please, never use silver dip.
