These cheeky little lion soft toys are hand knitted in soft organic cotton.
The toys are all hand made by artisans at ChunkiChilli's own knitting community in a small town in Southwest China, a project we launched more than fifteen years ago with a view to providing work choices that enable families with children to stay together. In these post-Covid days of reduced mobility, the availability of this work is now more important than ever.
Variations
They are available here in four styles - Blue Stripy Toddler Lion, Black/Red/White Stripy Toddler Lion, Cream Toddler Lioness, Cream Toddler Lion.
Made from
The yarn is pure organic cotton. The stuffing is Oeko-Tex certified polyester. The toys are CE certified suitable for age zero plus.
They can be machine washed but hand washing is preferable.
Dimensions
The handmade lions vary slightly in size, but measure roughly 19cm tall.
