Classic hand made wall clock based on the speedometer of the AC Cobra 289
The very desirable AC Cobra is a real cult classic and originated from a collaboration between AC, Ford and Carroll Shelby. Featuring artwork based on the classic Cobra 289 speedometer, this framed wall clock incorporates the clock into the speedometer. It also features an engine plate design which gives the vital statistics for the car such as the top speed, engine size and year produced. Each clock is hand made to order and can be personalised with the mileometer/trip meter reading as a date. The clock runs on a single AA battery (not supplied).
Variations
The clocks can be personalised with the mileometer showing as a date - for example 090668 for 9th September 1968 with the '68' in red and the rest in white numbers. This is perfect for birthdays, anniversaries or retirement dates for any classic car enthusiast.
Made from
Hand made wood frame (FSC Certified) with glass, clock face printed on heavyweight archival matt paper with archival inks. Clock movement: German UTS precision quartz movement with all metal hands running on an AA battery (not supplied).
