Jellyfish Gin is a delicious Gin with customisable infusion at its heart!
George created Jellyfish Gin after unexpectedly falling in love with Gin aged 21, propping up a bar in Adelaide with friends.
Trying a selection of small batch Gins from across the world, George and her friends learnt that Gins could be served straight with each Gin being complimented with its own bespoke blend of botanicals, edible flowers and fruit which infused into the gin.
Jellyfish Gin is a small batch Cornish craft gin that brings this experience of infusion to the UK. Each bottle of Jellyfish Pine and Orange Gin comes with bio-degradable 'infusion pockets', crammed with dried orange botanicals so you can simply place them into your Gin to change the colour and taste and drink it the way you like (with or without tonic).
This taste and colour changing gin that is a memorable experience for you and your friends.
