Artichokes (58%), olive oil, black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum) (3%), salt, flavouring.

Truffle Sauce (80g):
Champignon mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus) (50%), olive oil, summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) (3.2%), black olives, salt, flavouring.

Parmigiano Reggiano and White Truffle Cream (90g):
Parmigiano Reggiano PDO (33.2%), water, cream (milk), ricotta cheese (milk, whey, salt), butter (milk), white truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico) (3.1%), emulsifying salts (sodium citrate), flavouring.
