Our Chef’s Bundle features authentic Italian truffle products made by the Appennino Food Group in Bologna. Each item is prepared using traditional methods to capture the delicate flavour and aroma of white truffle.
White Truffle Oil (60ml): Olive oil, white truffle flavouring. Naturally aromatic and smooth, perfect for finishing pasta, risotto or eggs.
White Truffle Salt (50g): Salt, flavouring, dry white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) 0,2%, dry bianchetto truffle (Tuber albidum Pico) 0,2%. Ideal for seasoning meats, chips or vegetables.
Clarified Truffle Butter (50g): Clarified butter 96,7%, freeze-dried summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 2%, flavouring,
salt. Lactose <0.01 g per 100g. Pure, rich and aromatic — ideal for sautéing or melting over steak.
No artificial preservatives or colourings. Gluten-free and suitable for vegetarians. Packaged in recyclable glass jars with gold lids in a black gift box.
