PayPal x notonthehighstreet 2019 Terms and Conditions

PayPal Pte Ltd ("PayPal Pte") will donate an amount equal to 10% of every transaction by a customer between 21 November 2019 at 17:00 GMT until and including 21 December 2019 at 23:59 GMT (the “Promotion End Date”) using PayPal from as its method of payment for a product in PayPal’s Christmas Campaign Collection on www.notonthehighstreet.com to PayPal Giving Fund UK (a registered charity in England and Wales, with registered charity number 1110538) who will, in turn, grant the funds to support The Prince’s Trust (a registered charity in England and Wales, with registered charity number 1079675) (the "Promotion"), up to a maximum total donation of £250,000 (the “Cap”).

The promoters of the Promotion are:

Notonthehighstreet Enterprises Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales, with company number 05591382 whose registered office is at 63 Kew Rd, Richmond TW9 2NQ; and

PayPal Pte, a company incorporated in Singapore, with registered number 200509725E and its registered address at 5 Temasek Boulevard, #09-01, Suntec Tower Five, Singapore 038985.

The Promotion will end on the Promotion End Date or once the Cap has been reached, whichever occurs first. Any purchases of Eligible Products made after the Promotion End Date or after the Cap has been reached will not qualify for a donation.

"Eligible Products" mean the products in PayPal’s Christmas Campaign Collection on www.notonthehighstreet.com available at https://www.notonthehighstreet.com/campaign/paypal. The Promotion does not apply to any other products sold on notonthehighstreet and no donations will be generated through purchases of other products.

The Prince's Trust helps young people get into work, training or education by helping them to develop their self-esteem, confidence and skills. For further information on The Prince's Trust, please visit https://www.princes-trust.org.uk/.

All donations made by PayPal Pte to PayPal Giving Fund UK will be granted to The Prince's Trust in accordance with all PayPal Giving Fund UK policies. To view these policies please visit https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/givingfund/policies. PayPal Pte will donate sums to PayPal Giving Fund UK. The donation under this Promotion will be granted to The Prince’s Trust no later than 31 January 2020.

The Promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over with a valid PayPal account. No part of your purchase of any Eligible Product is tax deductible.

PayPal Pte and PayPal Giving Fund UK are not responsible for any of the Eligible Products purchased and your Shopper Terms apply to the purchase of Eligible Products.

The PayPal User Agreement (https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full#16) applies to all purchases made of Eligible Products using PayPal. Should PayPal Pte or PayPal Giving Fund UK receive any donations independent of the Promotion, which are confirmed by the donor to be for the general benefit of The Prince's Trust, PayPal Pte or PayPal Giving Fund UK will ensure that such donations are granted to The Prince's Trust. Any donations independent of the Promotion received by PayPal Giving Fund UK will be granted to The Prince's Trust in accordance with PayPal Giving Fund UK's policies.

In exceptional circumstances beyond its control making it impossible for the Promotion to run as set out in these Terms and Conditions, PayPal Pte reserves the right to extend the Promotion End Date or terminate the Promotion early (although such termination will not impact PayPal Pte's commitment to pay donations generated at the date of such termination to PayPal Giving Fund UK).

The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and the courts of England will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under or in connection with the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions.
