Calm Over Chaos designs books and stationary with the aim to give you a little calm amongst the chaos of modern day life, all ethically made in the UK.
Calm Over Chaos was founded by London based Illustrator and Designer Millie Bicknelle, after the publication of her first self-published book, Calm Over Chaos, which she designed during lockdown to try and help others relax a little and stay mindful. Her goal was to create high quality, ethical and sustainable pieces of work that benefit the planet. We pride ourselves on trying to do whatever we can to help the world around us - giving help to those less fortunate than us and a voice to those who don't have one.
To accomplish this goal, we make sure that approximately 20% of the proceeds we make goes to varying charities and causes, including the Planet & Environment, Women’s Rights, LGBTQ+, Black Lives Matter, the Refugee Crisis, Men’s Mental Health, Human Trafficking Victims, Children in Poverty and of course the U.K.’s wonderful NHS.
