Hiya, I'm Ilara! I am a blind creative and the owner and designer of BY ILARI.

I started BY ILARI during the lockdown back in 2021 after teaching myself how to use design software. I've always been full of creative ideas, so I love developing prints and posters with positive and playful designs and messages.

Because of my lack of sight, I'm drawn to bold typography and vibrant colours that stand out and make a statement. I'm often inspired by retro and vintage graphics, the 'Danish pastel' aesthetic and themes of love, growth, healing and positivity!

I never would've thought I would be able to make and share art like I now am through BY ILARI, so I'm so grateful to have you here and so thankful for any orders and love!
