Once you have placed your order please send us your photo.

Please ensure that your photo is clear and in focus and that you are level with your pet when you take the photo

A photo taken outside in daylight would be preferable.

Please check that there are no shadows on your pets face.

**The clearer and more in focus your photo the better your print will be**

Log into NOTHS and select 'My Account' then 'My Orders' then 'Contact the Seller'

Then click on the 'Choose Files' button which is towards the bottom of the page.

Please note that your print will be an exact digital version of the photo you submit so please make sure you are happy with your photo before submitting it. The quality of your photo will affect the quality of your final print.
