Inspired by the heritage of blue and white through art history to the present day...

This company was born from a love of blue and to celebrate the harmony that white brings to their shared palette. Inspired by the beauty and clarity of pigments and the lineage of blue in the history of art, studies have also shown how blue can be beneficial to the mind and body, capable of producing a calming effect. Capturing these qualities with a mix of old-time elegance and contemporary design remains at the heart of the business.

Our love of colour is closely followed by a fascination with the making process, having worked for several years conserving artefacts and in art research. This experience has given a deep appreciation of textures and small details whilst recognising the practical need to have unique items that we can easily look after in our daily lives.

Based in Oxford, we work with small businesses to develop a curated collection, and each year support arts and health charities. Welcome to our world of beautiful blue and white!
