Handmade in small batches in Hampshire by Tom and Lucy, Bitter Union was inspired by the great American cocktail tradition... but with a twist.

All natural, with no added sugars, we capture the natural botanicals in herbs and spices and mix with fruit peel to create an intense flavouring which adds aroma and bitterness to your drink.

A dash of bitterness is like salt and pepper for your drink- it enhances the existing flavours and then adds an extra layer of aroma... like a spritz of perfume.

Typically used in cocktails but perfect as a way of making the ultimate G&T or try with your favourite soft drinks for an adult, botanical drink.
