Bim’s Kitchen is a small family business based in Flintshire, North Wales. We specialise in creating modern African recipes inspired by traditional dishes and developing innovative new uses for many age-old African ingredients.
Some of our exotic signature ingredients include West African alligator pepper, baobab fruit, cubeb pepper, cashew nuts, peanuts, tigernuts, hibiscus flowers and birdseye chillies- all expertly used to create a unique fusion of African flavours in versatile and easy to use products. Our Great Taste Award winning range of products includes curry sauces, hot sauces, BBQ sauces, marinades as well as savoury jams & relishes.

Our sauces and condiments are handmade in small batches from natural ingredients and are suitable for vegetarians, vegans* and a gluten-free diet. (*Our Spicy African BBQ Sauce contains honey and so is not suitable for vegans.)
