Jerky flavours include Beef & Citrus IPA jerky which has been marinated in a citrus IPA which adds a zesty, hoppy richness to the beef whilst British, outdoor-reared pork has been marinated in Hawkes Urban Orchard Cider to add a sweet, crisp apple-y finish to the jerky. Both Boozy Jerky's should be enjoyed with a pint of your favourite beer or cider, respectively.
The Boozy Bacon Jam is a sweet, smoky & spiced meaty jam infused with bourbon and pineapple. This multi-award winning jam is delicious cold or hot, as a dip or topping. Try it on hotdogs, burgers, in an omlete, in a cheese toasty, with crackers or just eat a heaping spoonful out of the jar - no shame!
