Tasting Notes

This bold flavoured spiced rum opens with rich aromas of juicy black cherry, sweet Madagascan vanilla, and a hint of warming spice. On the palate, it is smooth and full-bodied, delivering layers of dark cherry sweetness, creamy vanilla, and subtle notes of caramel, clove, and nutmeg. The balance of fruit and spice creates a velvety texture with a touch of oak in the background. The finish is long, indulgent, and slightly spiced, leaving lingering notes of cherry compote and vanilla cream. Perfect for sipping neat, over ice, or mixing into dark, fruity cocktails.

Coca-Cola is instantly recognisable for its rich, caramel-brown colour and lively effervescence. The nose reveals inviting aromas of caramel, vanilla, and a hint of citrus zest. On the palate, it is sweet, smooth, and refreshing, with balanced notes of caramelised sugar, vanilla, and subtle spice, lifted by a gentle citrus edge.
