A striking piece of Carlisle art - a black and white illustration of Carlisle's most iconic landmarks - both traditional and contemporary.
Great as a gift for any Carlislian, or as a gift for someone who loves Carlisle. It could also make a lovely wedding, engagement or graduation gift, and can even be personalised with names and a date.
I drew this illustration using pen and ink, by hand, and it has then been digitally manipulated to come up with the final image. It features the old side of Tullie House, the old Civic Centre, Dixon's Chimney, the Sands Centre, Eden Bridge, the Castle, the Market Cross, the Citadel, the Cathedral and the Jimmy Dyer Fiddler Statue in the Lanes.
I went to art college in Carlisle when I left school, so this was a lovely illustration to work on!
Variations
You can add a coloured "sunshine" background to your print; and also an optional line of personalised text.
The print itself is available in a standard or a larger size.
