    Having trouble sleeping? This oil contains a combination of essential oils with relaxing properties to help you get a good night's sleep.

    How to use:

    Apply a small amount to the pulse points on your neck or your temples then relax and drift off into a deep sleep. Alternatively you could put a small amount on a hankie by your pillow (we don't recommend putting directly onto fabrics).

    We have been asked asked if this oil will cure snoring. The answer is no. However, if you suffer from your partner's snoring this will help you to sleep so you don't notice it!
