The Year of Strength is a self care box with a bit of a difference. The cards are aimed at people who have gone through a life changing event and are on the road to recovery. Show you are thinking of them and supporting them with this box filled with thoughtful activities to help them take positive steps forward.
The cards have been developed with therapists and cousellors who have helped us ensure the wording is encouraging and positive. The reverse of each card has a motivational quote and a song choice to inspire.
Unlike our other products, these twelve cards are not sealed in envelopes, giving the user a choice of what feels most relevant for them. There is one envelope in the bottom of the box to help with the letter writing activity.
10% of each sale is donated to NHS Together Charities to help aid the important work they do in supporting so many people. Following the recent pandemic and the impact this has had on communities, we hope this box can help rebuild positivity and bring a smile.
