Biscuit Boutique’s gourmet cookies are a treat for the eyes and the tastebuds – the perfect gift for the hungry aesthete.

WORKS OF ART aren’t usually edible, and delicious food is rarely beautiful, but Biscuit Boutique has managed to disprove both of the assumptions. This family-owned business – run by mother-and-son duo Judith and George.

Served in elegant boxes, they have proved incredibly popular as high-end gifts.

“My mother has remarkable experience, both as a pastry chef and a painter for the world-famous Hungarian porcelain manufactory Herendi,” says George. “We wanted to create a project which utilised her artistic skills and my business experience to make something unique. People love to receive a gift that has been made for them and there’s a particular pleasure in beautiful and tasty food.

Biscuit Boutique’s Shipping Policy

Domestic and International Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time - All orders are processed within 2 business days.

We ship Mondays to Fridays using a third-party courier partner DPD Local. Please note if you place your order before 2pm UK time, your order will be shipped the following day. If you order is placed after 2pm, we will process that the next working day. Our Business days are Monday to Friday.

*Please note we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands within the UK and some Countries in the rest of the World. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipment confirmation and order tracking - When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation from DPD Local. We suggest that you download their APP to receive push notifications about your delivery, to enable you to manage or make necessary changes.

Customs, duties, and taxes - Biscuit Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Terms and Conditions


“Biscuit Boutique” means Biscuit Boutique Limited is a company incorporated in England and our company number is 12015441, registered in England and Wales also referred to as “we” or “us” in these terms and conditions.


We want to give you a fantastic service and for you to be really happy with us. But if you’ve sent or received a Biscuit Boutique pressie and you’re not over the moon about the experience, please contact us via your order enquiry. We’ll do our very best to get back to you within 24 hours, and we’ll do everything we can to put things right for you.


We make all our biscuit to order, please allow 2 business days for your items to be dispatched. If for any reason we’re not able to do this we’ll get in touch with you by email to offer you a different product, a later delivery date, or, if you’d prefer: a refund. And just so you know, we don’t send out any items on the weekend.

Returns Policy

Returns are only accepted for goods which arrived damaged or are sent in error. If you find your order damaged or you have received the wrong product please contact us immediately. Depending on the condition we will offer to re-send the items or exchange them. As our chocolate biscuits are perishable goods we do not offer refunds in any other circumstances.

UK Delivery

All of our deliveries are handled by DPDL, who advise that their Tracked service delivery can take between one to two working days in the UK, up to 5 Working days in Europe and up to 10 working days overseas. 98% of DPDL parcels arrive the very next day but some can take an extra day and therefore is not a guaranteed service. Unfortunately we’re not able to take responsibility for any delays on their part. But if there are any problems, we’ll do our best to let you know as soon as we can. DPDL categorises a parcel as ‘lost’ if it still hasn’t been delivered after 15 working days. If your parcel has still not arrived after this time, we’ll happily offer you a refund or send your parcel out again, completely up to you.

We use DPDL as our Courier Next Working Day courier and you will receive a notification email from DPDL the day before the item is due to arrive and then another on the day of delivery specifying your 1 hour delivery slot. Should you wish to amend any of the delivery details, or advise a safe place or to leave with a neighbour you can do so by following the link in the notification emails. Please note, if your parcel is undeliverable for any reason not in our control and being returned, we will offer a re-delivery for the usual shipping fee depending on your delivery address region.

Unfortunately there are a few places our courier isn’t able to deliver to. They are: Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Scottish Highlands and Isle of Wight.

Our courier company guarantees their deliveries for next working day, but they can’t cover delays that are out of their control. And although we pass any specific delivery instructions on to them, we can’t guarantee that the driver will carry these out.
