Arnold & Bird’s purpose is to create personal, uplifting and inspiring products that will bring a smile to your day.

From the personalised colour in family portrait prints & cards, to stationery that helps remind you of what you’re grateful for everyday. Our aim is for you to see how the little moments in life are really the things that leave you feeling good at the end of each day. Be that family memories of a fun day out, or affirmations that focus your mind on what you want to achieve.

Founded by Joanne Griffin, a passionate designer with the aim of creating inspiring designs you’ll love.

So why the name Arnold & Bird? The name originates from Joanne’s grandparents. Her Grampy’s surname is Arnold and Gran’s maiden name was Bird = a perfect match together.

Our aim is to create an eco friendly range so all the paper we use is either FSC certified or 100% recycled.

Delivery

Orders placed before 11am are normally posted on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Personalised orders take an extra 1-3 days to prepare before dispatch.

UK delivery is by 1st Class Royal Mail. International delivery is by standard airmail.

From time of dispatch, UK customers should receive their order within 2 to 4 working days, EU customers within 5 – 10 working days, the rest of the world within 7 – 12 working days. Sometimes international delivery can take up to 30 days depending on the post and customs service.

If your country imposes customs duties, import tax or other fees at the border, these are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your customs office for assistance. By placing an order you agree to this policy.

Terms and Conditions

You can request to a proof on the personalised family portrait product range to ensure you're happy with your print before it's dispatched.

If you request this option it will add extra time to the production before you receive your product. Our aim is to send your proof within 48 hours, however during busier periods this may be longer and can not be guaranteed. If your order is urgent then do let us know and we will see what we can do.

Please review your proof within 48 hours of receiving it so we can print and dispatch your order.

Occasional we share illustrations we create from orders on our social media channels. If you'd prefer us to not do this then do let us know when you order.
