Contains - Comfrey Oil for treating inflammation and aids the healing of torn muscles and bruises, Calendula for its healing, antiseptic properties, Castor Oil and Crambe Seed Oils - for nourishing and balancing, Eucalyptus for anti-spasmodic, stimulating and refreshing, Benzoin for uplifting and Rosemary for tight over-worked muscles.

Directions for use: Apply to the affected areas 1 - 2 x daily as required. (do not use on broken skin or cuts) (Do not use if you have a liver condition).

Pour a small amount in to your hand, rub in to the achy muscle/ area, gently masage, Can be used 1-2 times daily as required.
