Antika

I craft hand-finished bespoke frames in my studio in East London, specialising in gold and metal leaf finishes. I always love it when somebody brings me something a little out of the ordinary to frame - objects and mementos that symbolise a significant time or event in their life.

As a runner myself, race medals are among my favourite objects, and when a friend completed the London Marathon I wanted make something to commemorate her achievement. I saw an ideal opportunity to create something to properly showcase these treasured items, breathing a bit of fun and style into the traditional approach to medal framing.

The idea behind Antika was to create beautiful frames into which these items can easily be fitted at home - without needing to send them to the framer. Don’t hide them away - show off your medals!
