Anglesey Sea Salt

We are an artisan salt maker based on the edge of the Menai Strait, Anglesey. We hand harvest our sea salt from the pure Atlantic waters that flow through the strait using artisan methods.

We care passionately about our product and have recently been awarded PDO status (Protected Designation of Origin) putting us alongside other unique foods and drinks such as Champagne, Parma ham and Melton Mowbray Pies.

We produce a pure sparkling salt crystal which enhances the food and remains an individual taste in a dish. We harvest our salts and also go onto smoke it or mix it with other interesting ingredients to give a unique product in a range of flavours from spiced sea salt, vanilla sea salt through to charcoal sea salt.
