Marigold Tagetes should be diluted to 1% or less in a carrier oil. It can then be used as a chest rub for chest infections, coughs and catarrh.

It known for its gentle healing effects so it may be useful to help soothe and protect irritated skin (try diluting with one of our aromatherapy base creams or lotions).

When vaporised, it may provide a lovely calming effect to help provide relief from various stress related tensions (it blends beautifully with sweet citrus oils such as Bergamot which help enhance its naturally sweet and 'chocolatey' aroma).
