Product description
A stunning textured morganite ring which could make a perfect and unusual engagement ring.
This ring forms part of our Storybook collection, so called because of the leather like texture of the band and the wavy edges which reminds Alison of the well worn pages of children's books. Morganite is a beryl, and very closely related to aquamarine and emerald. It is a beautiful pale pink coloured gemstone which is becoming a rare mineral. It could make a beautifully perfect birthday present for someone special.
Made in our island workshop on Orkney, off the north coast of Scotland. Each order arrives beautifully packaged, with information about where the piece was crafted and how to care for your jewellery.
We're doing all we can to cut single use plastics and to reduce waste in our packaging. Orders are sent in branded navy recyclable cardboard boxes with organic cotton pouches. The pouches can be kept and are a great way to store your jewellery long term.
Variations
The silver band is approximately 4mm wide, although the width varies slightly. Each ring is individually made which means that no two rings will be the same. The morganite is a beautiful stone, a member of the beryl family and closely related to aquamarine and emerald. It is set in a solid 9ct yellow gold bezel.
The ring is also available in 9ct or 18ct gold - please enquire for a price.
Why not choose to have a special message engraved on the inside of the ring (maximum 40 characters)?
Rings are made to UK standard sizes (measured on the leading edge), and we recommend having your ring size measured professionally where possible. We can also provide a ring sizer at a small cost. Exchanges are available, but are subject to re-delivery charges.
