The design means that you can alter the size of the bag to cater to the contents. If you have a lot packed in there, the top of the bag will not need to roll down so far. However, if you don't happen to have so much in the backpack you can roll the top down even further. There is even a padded laptop compartment that is compatible with laptops up to 15.6".
The back of the backpack has padding for extra comfort and this carries on to the base panels and adjustable shoulder straps. It even has a grab handle for when you are on-the-go. On the outside of the bag, there is a zip compartment which is opened by a reflective cord attached to the zip.
