HOW TO ORDER
1. Select how many characters you want in the portrait, then choose your preferred size and format. You may include both people and pets. Available formats are digital image, print only, framed print, and canvas print.
2. Upload your photo(s) one at a time via the order enquiry after placing your order.
✔ Main photo: A clear photo as your primary reference for th artwork
✔ Personalization details: Any text such as quotes or names, font choices, or additional photos. Please indicate the main photo for reference
3. Review Your Draft: A preview of your artwork will be sent within one day of receiving your photos.
4. Make Revisions & Confirm: We offer unlimited revisions to ensure your portrait is exactly as you want it. Reply to the preview email with any changes, and once you’re satisfied, we will proceed with your order.

For Canvas and large prints (A1, 20x30", 30x40"), delivery could take 1-3 working days extra.
