A beautiful personalised family birthstone necklace, custom made especially for you with your choice of genuine birthstones handset into each lightly hammered disc charm.
This bespoke family birthstone disc necklace is the perfect way to hold those you hold dear close to your heart. Your choice of birthstone is hand set into each lightly rippled disc, and you can choose to select between three and eight birthstones of your choice.
Made from sterling silver with the option of 18ct go0ld plating over sterling silver, and genuine birthstones, this wonderful personalised necklace makes the perfect gift for a wife, a mother, and grandmother, sister or friend. Each disc measures approxmately 0.8cm in diameter.
As with all our jewellery, your necklace will come presented in one of our lovely qualty branded gift boxes.
Variations
Available in sterling silver or 18ct hard gold plated sterling silver.
Choose to have a minimum of three charms with birthstone, or upto eight, each set with your choice of genuine gemstone.
