GREEN THAI CURRY — THAILAND
A fragrant Thai curry combining lemongrass, kaffir lime, ginger and galangal with coriander, cumin and turmeric. The Aromatic Paste, Fragrant Paste, Tyga 40 spice blend and Fish Sauce create a creamy, aromatic curry with a gentle warmth.
LARB LETTUCE WRAPS — LAOS
Fresh, savoury and full of flavour, these Laotian lettuce wraps combine citrus notes from lemongrass and kaffir lime with the rich depth of Fish Sauce. Spoon the warm filling into crisp lettuce leaves for a light but satisfying dish.
PHO NOODLE SOUP — VIETNAM
Tyga 41 seasoning, Umami Stock, Aromatic Paste, Fish Sauce and Soy Sauce create a comforting Vietnamese broth, lifted with coriander and lime. Add noodles and the fresh ingredients listed on the card, then finish with Chilli Flakes to taste.
NASI GORENG — INDONESIA
A colourful Indonesian fried-rice dish with the warm flavours of coriander, cumin and turmeric. Aromatic Paste, Umami Stock, Fish Sauce and Soy Sauce provide a rich savoury base, while Chilli Flakes allow you to adjust the heat.
The specialist ingredients are already measured, saving the need to buy full jars and packets or work out unfamiliar spice combinations. Enjoy the four recipes separately as a journey through South East Asia, or serve several together when sharing with friends and family.
Store the sealed kits in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. No refrigeration is required.
