Abbey has a pouch with a microwavable heat bag in with a soothing lavender fragrance, making her a warm and comforting bedtime companion.

Microwave for maximum 1 minute at 600W using a microwave safe dish. Remove the heat pack from the doll and heat only the pack. Place a cup of water alongside the heat pack. Placing a few drops of lavender oil in the warming pack would make this doll a natural sleep aid and ease minor aches and pains while soothing stress and anxiety.
