A fresh, fruity red wine, made from indigenous grape Kekfrankos (Blaufränkisch), organically grown on volcanic slopes of Lake Balaton in Hungary
Richly succulent, graceful, decadent, ethereal, this deeply fruity Blaufränkisch wine has lush, velvety texture lifted by complex notes of dark ripe cherries, dark berries, and dark chocolate, faithfully interwoven with fine tannin and minerality from signature volcanic terroir of Badacsony. Blaufränkisch surrealism continues with very long finish. This wine pairs well with duck breast, lamb kebab, wagyu, unagi or dark chocolate. Low sulphur and no additives during winemaking ensure healthier wine.
