We’ve got love for you if you were born in the 80s…if, like us, the mere mention of Black Forest Gateau conjurs up images of family parties with bouffant hair, perms and shoulder pads, frilly draped curtains, prawn cocktail and Friday evening pizzeria meals, you’re going to love this little treat!
Inspired by the classic British 80’s dessert that is actually a legendary German chocolate cake invented in 1915, it’s an indulgent chocolate sponge filled with a dangerously delicious white chocolate cheesecake frosting. In the centre there’s a lavish layer of tangy dark cherry compote. It’s subtly sweet but rich in flavour, delicately decorated with a Belgian white chocolate drizzle and white chocolate curls and oh-so-pretty edible petals in lilac and rose.
If your ripped jeans have faded but your love for Black Forest Gateau hasn’t, then this dark cherry treat is the one for you.

An indulgent chocolate cake filled with white chocolate cheesecake frosting and a lavish layer of tangy dark cherry compote in the centre. Decorated with a Belgian white chocolate drizzle, white chocolate curls, and edible petals in lilac and rose.
Our Whoopies are fresh baked produce. They should be treated as such - they will remain fresh for 2-3 days after delivery. Alternatively you can freeze them immediately upon receiving them. They can be kept for up to one month in the freezer and defrosted in 1.5 hours at room temperature or in 20 seconds in the microwave (All microwaves vary).
