Chef David Jessup fed his passion for Indian cooking working at Bristol’s unique restaurant ‘The Thali Café’. It’s here that his obsession with spices began.
Committed to delivering fresh and authentic food, David travelled the world searching for the best recipes and secrets to unlock the full potential and flavour of both familiar and largely unknown spices.
