This organically nurtured tree’s roots are growing in a symbiotic relationship with the native Summer Truffle (Tuber aestivum). These precious truffle nuggets will mature underground in 4-5 years and may be foraged every summer for the next 50 years!

Your Truffle tree is growing in an organic pot filled with top-notch compost, so no green fingers are required, just add natural daylight and water. Please place your tree outside in its natural environment, even in chilly winter. We have added special nutrients to your tree’s compost to create the perfect balance of nourishment. This organic goodness will slowly release into the soil to ensure your tree continues to flourish. In a few weeks, plant your tree, still in its organic pot, in a large flower pot (one with holes for drainage) or plant in a sunny spot in the garden.

All our trees are organically nurtured here, in The Present Tree's gardens. We never use harmful chemicals, just an organic blend that is wonderful for you, your tree, our wildlife and the planet. When you place your order a beautiful Truffle tree will be freshly selected by our devoted gardeners before being carefully wrapped in organza, placed in its luxury parcel and placed in the hamper with the other gifts.
All The Present Tree's products and packaging are 100% biodegradable, compostable, reusable or recyclable.

The luxury hamper is 58cm long x 33cm x 20cm high. The tree is 45-50cm and it will grow 20-30cm during next spring and summer! It is quite happy to be lightly pruned in early spring and may reach a height of 2 metres in 10 years, if allowed to grow naturally.
