Our cakes arrive sealed and are best stored at room temperature. once opened store in an air tight container. We use an oil based cake making it the perfect cake base for decorating and stacking.
Our cakes are baked fresh and supplied to you ambient, they are suitable for freezing and will last up to 6 months once frozen.
