Heart Breathing Board

Our beautifully crafted heart breathing board has been designed to help children, young people and adults practice the art of mindfulness and gratitude. As you trace around the interconnecting hearts, take some time to focus on your breathing and find a sense of calm. You can do this with your finger or by pushing a small wooden ball around the board (supplied).

Children's mental well being is so important at the moment and mindfulness is something schools, nurseries and parents are focusing on a lot more. Providing children with the skills to keep themselves calm and focused, encouraging them to have a positive attitude and a great sense of self belief and worth is an incredibly valuable life skill.
