Description

Lino printing is a very enjoyable way to explore printmaking! Over the course of three hours, you will receive a full introduction to the equipment and methods needed to carve, ink and print your lino block. You will be encouraged to explore different colour combinations as well as your own creativity to produce a range of beautiful prints. You can reuse your blocks in the future and experiment widely with colour and different surfaces to create vibrant outcomes. You will be fully guided through all stages of the process by Kirsty and no previous experience is necessary.

LOCATION
- The workshop will be held at Kirsty's studio at The Hive, Red House Farm, Dunham Massey, WA14 5RJ.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- The lino printing experience runs once a month on a Saturday afternoon, 1-4pm. Please enquire for dates and availability.
- All materials and equipment are provided, all you need to bring is an apron!
- This experience is suitable for young people age 14 and over, however they must be accompanied by a paying adult.
