This session is person to person. Yes! A real-life lesson with Graham who is a certified Wim Hof instructor.

Graham is a Personal Trainer and has been practising the Wim Hof method for 7 years and been an instructor for 4 of them. He's put 1000's of people in the ice and done 100's of breathwork sessions.

Graham runs regular workshops where you can explore the three pillars of the Wim Hof Method.

Learn about the science and health benefits of the method, and experience a deep breathwork session. Be prepared to jump in a tub of ice, and give cold exposure a whirl.

DURATION: Sessions run for 4 hours, throughout the year on approximately 9 weekends.
