The gift of time out.. An evening that starts with tea—mugwort and lavender. Mugwort has long been used in ceremonies for its powerful spiritual properties. It is often used to promote relaxation and clarity. Lavender complements the mugwort and provides soothing and calming effects. Brewed together, they create a balance.
For the first part of the evening, you will be in an opening circle, connecting to others and your inner self. This is a meditative session. You will need to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and cushion to ensure your total comfort, as they are not available at the venue, and please wear loose, warm, and easy clothing.

You can lie down and relax or move your body gently to the sound of the singing bowls, drums, chimes, and gongs. If you choose to lie down, then your guide, Aggy, will place the bowls on and around your body. You will experience the notes vibrating through you as you clear your mind to concentrate on the sounds.
When the bowls are not on your body, you are invited to use the tarot and oracle cards for inspiration. The session lasts for an hour and a half and is a unique experience, offering the opportunity to ‘clear’ your mind and feel refreshed in a welcoming space. If you have never meditated to sounds before, the evening will be a revelation, as you enjoy a ritual that brings inner peace in a safe and cocooned environment.
