See and hear about London from a new perspective, by paddle board.
Learn the basics of the board. The first thing you should know is this sport is actually called SUP (stand up paddleboarding). Everything else you will need to find out from the SUP experts - how to go forwards, backwards and turn, how to carry the board, sit and of course stand. You will become the master of the board - eventually. This is an introduction to SUP, under expert guidance, and includes the all important water safety techniques.
You have a choice of starting locations from Kew Bridge or Paddington Basin, along the canal, in the very heart of London. You’ll also learn the history of the sites as you paddle along. Why walk London when you can paddle it.
LOCATION: the Thames at Kew or on the Regents Canal in Paddington
DURATION: Two hours
