Today, the site of where the Gebil-Kamil meteorite fell is now known as the “Kamil Crater” located in the region of Al Wadi al Jadid in the East Uweinat Desert. This Gebil-Kamil Meteorite (4.5 billion years old) has been mounted in a museum quality deep box frame by a member of our in-house team.
