  • Our biscuits have a tested shelf life of 10 weeks from baking. We recommend storing them ambient, in a dark, cool and dry place, ideally in an airtight container as soon as you receive them.

Individually wrapped bespoke biscuit is handmade to order measuring roughly 7.5cm/ 3 inches in diameter

Made from

Wheat flour, butter (milk), sugar, eggs, red currant jelly (red currant juice, sugar citrus pectin, sodium citrate), baking powder (may contain wheat), vanilla sugar. Glucose syrup, palm oil, water, humectant (glycerol), emulsifier (mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids), stabilisers (xanthan gum, cellulose), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavouring, food colouring. Sugar, Egg White Powder (Pasteurised Dried Hen Egg Albumen, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid; Stabiliser: Triethyl Citrate).

Colours may include: E422, E1520, E551, E110*, E124*, E129*, E133, E155, E102*, E122, E153, E104*, E159, E171.*E110, E129, E104, E102 and E124 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
