It comes with a beautiful recipe booklet with recipes for both cheeses. There’s enough ingredients to make 10 batches and each batch is around 900g... 10kg is a lot of cheese!
The Kit has a shelf life of at least 12 months.
All you need at home is a big pan and a colander, everything else is included in the kit, just add milk.
Variations
It's so straightforward and easy to do. You'll be surprised at how quickly you could be sitting down to eat your own freshly made, yummy cheese. You can add your own herbs and spices to the cheeses too, so the possibilities are endless!
