Simply select how long you would like the gift to last, if you would prefer a posted or emailed welcome pack, and let us know who it's for and from. We'll send the recipient - or you - their welcome pack with everything they need to get their subscription started.

They can activate the subscription themselves on our website and provide information about their reading preferences, and where they would like us to send each book.

The posted welcome pack includes: 1 x card explaining how the subscription works, 1 x card detailling the subscription and who it is from, 1 x gift card (handwritten gift message included), 1 x bookmark, 1 x book plate, all presented in a beautiful grey box.

Each book is gift-wrapped in tissue paper with our signature branding, and comes with additional bookish treats such as bookmarks and book plates.

DELIVERY

This product is dispatched to you by The Beautiful Book Company.

If you have selected an emailable gift certificate, this will be sent to your Not on the High Street account within 24 hours for you to download and print, or send on to the recipient.

If you have selected a posted Welcome Pack, this will be dispatched within 24 hours by Business 48.

Subscriptions require activation on our website using a unique user code included in the welcome pack. The first book in your subscription will be dispatched on the first day of the following month for activations before the 27th. For activations on or after the 27th, the subscription will commence the month after.

RETURNS

You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
